What is updated in ELRS 2.4G V2.0?

At present, most of the 1S flight controllers on the market have their own 5A ESCs, but this FC specifically integrates 1S 12A ESCs, which can provide more sufficient power for the 3-inch toothpick machine.
Built-in ammeter, 2 programmable RGB LEDs and SPI Frsky receiver. At the same time, all the pads are reserved for external receivers with UART1 and UART2 for buzzer and so on.
The Whoop mounting hole pattern is compatible with most 1S 3-inch racks. Large pads are reserved for welding motor cables. This design will make welding easier.

The following figure shows the wiring diagram of ELRS 2.4G version. The UART1, UART2 and SBUS pads are used for external receivers, such as Frsky XM+, TBS Nano receivers, in order to provide a longer receiver range.

The buzzer pads (BUZZ+ and BUZZ-) are directly invalid. Some modifications are required to make it work.

The ammeter is integrated on the FC board. This is the configuration in Betaflight Configurator.

12A 1S ESC
Does 1S UAV really need 12A ESC? If it is a 65mm or 75mm Whoop drone Meteor65, 5A ESC is sufficient for all actions. How about a 3-inch propeller with a 1102/1202.5 motor? Still want a smooth and powerful flight maneuvers?

The 5A ESC was developed about 3 years ago and is designed for drones equipped with 0603/0802 motors. In the past year, the BETAFPV team has been cooperating with BLHeli author Steffen to develop the 12A 1S ESC for the 3-inch toothpick machine. Finally, it's here!

The board is marked with "1-2S", can this FC board support 2S?

The V1.0 board does not support 2S batteries. Please select V2.0 motherboard to support 1S and 2S batteries.

The board integrates the receiver with ExpressLRS, a radio link popular in 2021. ExpressLRS is designed to achieve better link performance in terms of speed, latency and range. The serial protocol between the receiver and F411 FC is the Crossfire serial protocol.

This circuit board is specially designed for long-range 3 inch ultralight toothpick drone or 2Swhoop drone.
